1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of digital gift vouchers issued by JM MAGGIES LIMITED (“Maggie Mays Belfast”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By purchasing, redeeming, or attempting to redeem a digital gift voucher, you (“customer”, “you”, “your”) agree to these terms.
2. Purchase of Digital Gift Vouchers
- Digital gift vouchers can only be purchased through our official channels.
- All digital gift vouchers are issued in GBP (£) and are valid for use at any Maggie Mays Belfast location.
- Upon purchase, the digital gift voucher will be sent to the recipient’s email address provided during the purchase.
3. Redemption of Digital Gift Vouchers
- Digital gift vouchers can be redeemed in-store only at any Maggie Mays Belfast location.
- Digital gift vouchers can be used over multiple visits until the balance is fully depleted.
- Digital gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
- Any remaining balance on the digital gift voucher can be checked in-store during each visit.
4. Non-Refundable Policy
- All digital gift vouchers are strictly non-refundable. Once a digital gift voucher has been issued, it cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or other goods.
- By purchasing a digital gift voucher, you acknowledge and agree that it is non-refundable under any circumstances.
5. Expiry and Validity
- Digital gift vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. Any unused balance will be forfeited after the expiry date.
6. Loss or Theft
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged digital gift vouchers. Ensure the recipient keeps their digital voucher email safe.
7. Chargeback Policy
- By purchasing a digital gift voucher, you agree not to initiate any chargeback request with your credit card provider for any reason.
- In the event of a chargeback, we reserve the right to contest the chargeback with all relevant documentation, including proof of purchase and redemption.
- If a chargeback is initiated after the voucher has been redeemed, we will provide evidence to the credit card company to dispute the chargeback, which may include but is not limited to, transaction logs and redemption records.
8. Fraud Prevention
- We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold for review any digital gift voucher purchase or redemption that we deem suspicious or fraudulent.
- Any attempt to manipulate or falsify voucher codes or transactions will result in immediate cancellation of the voucher without refund and potential legal action.
9. Limitation of Liability
- JM MAGGIES LIMITED shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage resulting from the use or inability to use a digital gift voucher.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
- We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
11. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
